Based in Glasgow and primarily working within Scotland's central belt, Pacific are a successfully established, hugely popular five-piece function band specialising in Weddings, Corporate, and Private Functions. Comprising five experienced, dynamic and creative multi-instrumentalists, Pacific are most frequently hired as an 'all-inclusive entertainment solution'. Most functions gather a diverse range of clientelle, therefore we promote ourselves as the band with 'something for all.' We will adapt a set-list specific to your requirements covering a versatile range of genres including Pop, Jazz, Swing, Motown, Ceilidh and Disco.

The necessity for quality of musicianship, delivery, diversity in play-lists and overall presentation is of paramount importance. Through experience, Pacific are all too aware of the equally important aspect of managing client contact, before and on the day of your function. Clients can expect a professional level of communication and the necessary assurance whenever required surrounding the details of the booking.

Pacific will assist in the planning of your entertainment with discussing and advising on duration of set-lists, song selection, venue set-up (as we may already have played there) and special requests, such as a wedding first dance. As for the delivery of performance, we assist in creating the correct ambience as desired for the function with the use of our professional lighting system. Pacific avoid 'standard' performances as we consider each function unique and aim to adapt our performance and level of crowd interaction to each event. To assist with the ceilidh section, where necessary pacific will call each dance and provide on floor assistance ensuring an enjoyable time for all.

Pacific is hired on most occasions as a standard five-piece band. Where the size of the function or preferences of the client require, we can also be hired as a six or seven-piece band (at an additional cost) providing a further enhanced dimension.
